Looking for a fun way to bring a little fall to your literacy centers? This sight word center has all the fall feels and is super simple to prepare.
I found some fall leaf decorations at my local Dollar Store. I simply used a black marker to print the sight words I wanted right onto the leaves. TIP: My thin tip marker worked best because they do bleed a little into the fabric.
I put the leaves in a basket and gathered some letter tiles.
Students choose a leaf and make the word with the letter tiles. Any kind of letters… magnetic, wooden, bottle top etc…. would work.
I also added a recording sheet where students can print the words they make.
You can download this printable here.
